In-Store Refund Policy 

General criteria

  • The refund or exchange must be:
  • within 14 days of the date of purchase
  • the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, in salable condition
  • at the branch where the purchase was made
  • accompanied by the original receipt (no photocopy)


Exclusions (even if the item is in its original packaging)

* Certain items purchased from Dollar Max Dépôt are not refundable or exchangeable, such as:

  • Dollar Max Deposit gift cards
  • Seasonal items
  • Clearance items
  • Items for special order
  • The food
  • Light bulbs
  • All hygienic and worn products (cosmetics, jewelry, costumes and accessories, etc.)

Refund

The refund will be made according to the initial method of payment (Cash, debit, credit)

Damaged or defective item

The item can be exchanged for one of the following options:

a. with the same product

b. a product of equivalent value

c. a store credit note or gift card

Important

Dollar Max Dépôt reserves the right to limit or not accept the return of certain goods at any time and for any reason. Valid proof of identification will be required before any return or exchange.
